BTR Solutions, LLC (“TCGHawk,” “we,” “us”) operates the TCGHawk websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Services.
This Policy applies to users in the United States and its territories. It does not apply to third-party websites, marketplaces, or payment processors you connect to through the Services; those parties have their own privacy practices.
Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Services.

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the Services, and information from third parties as described below.
Account and profile. Email address, account identifiers, authentication and verification status (including whether you have completed email or SMS verification tiers), display preferences, and profile or shipping-style address fields you choose to provide (for example city, state, postal code, and country) when using features such as trading distance preferences.
Customer Content. Inventory, listings, catalog contributions, images, pricing, orders, messages, trade posts, trade interactions, channel integration settings, and other materials you submit through the Services.
Communications. Support requests, feedback, and messages you send to us or to other users through in-product messaging where available.
Marketing SMS (optional). If you opt in on our website or other signup flows, we collect your mobile phone number for promotional texts via Mailchimp SMS or similar providers. This is separate from account verification SMS.
Transactional / service SMS. If you provide a mobile phone number for account security, identity verification, or service-related texts (for example to unlock sales or trading features), we and our service providers process that number and related verification data. This is separate from marketing SMS described in Section 8.
Payment and billing. If you purchase paid plans, our payment processor (for example Stripe) collects payment card and billing details directly according to its privacy policy. We may receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status, last four digits, or transaction identifiers) needed to operate your account.
Integrations. If you connect third-party services (for example Stripe, Amazon, eBay, Mana Pool, tax tools, or catalog APIs), we receive information you authorize those services to share with us, such as tokens, listing data, order data, or catalog references, as needed to run the integration.
Device and usage. Browser type, device information, IP address, log data, and similar technical information when you access the Services. In current development builds, some data may be stored locally in your browser (for example localStorage); production Services may use server-side storage as described at signup.
Marketing email. If you subscribe to launch or marketing emails (for example through a Mailchimp signup form on our coming-soon site), we receive your email address and any fields you submit (such as favorite TCG). Email marketing consent does not enroll you in SMS marketing.

We use personal information to:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
We share information:
With service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, email and SMS delivery, customer support tools, analytics if enabled, payment processing, and security), under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us.
With integration partners you connect (marketplaces, payment processors, catalog providers), according to your authorization.
With other users when you use social or trading features (for example trade post content, public profile fields you expose, or messages you send).
For legal and safety reasons when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, TCGHawk, or the public.
In a business transfer if we merge, acquire, or sell assets, subject to this Policy or a successor notice.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Because the Services are currently offered in the United States, state privacy laws (for example California) may apply to some users.
California residents. You may request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold about you, and you may request information about our practices. To submit a request, email privacy@tcghawk.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your request. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights permitted by law.

Account settings. You may update certain profile information in the Services. You may cancel paid subscriptions as described in our Terms of Service.
Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us.
Marketing SMS. See Section 8 and our SMS Terms.
Transactional SMS. Service and verification texts are not marketing; you may need to maintain a verified number to use certain features. Contact us if you have questions.
We operate two distinct SMS-related programs:

Marketing SMS is governed by our SMS Terms. Message frequency, opt-out (STOP), and help (HELP) are described there. Message and data rates may apply.
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and (if enabled) analytics. We do not use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies unless we post an updated policy and, where required, obtain consent. You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work without essential storage.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@tcghawk.com.
The Services require users to be at least 18 under our Terms of Service.
If you use TCGHawk to manage commerce data about your customers, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining required consents from those individuals. TCGHawk may process that data on your behalf to provide the Services. A data processing agreement may be required; contact privacy@tcghawk.com.
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law or as described at https://tcghawk.com/terms.html.
