Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS marketing to use paid or free features of the Services, except where a separate phone number is required for verification texts as described in the Privacy Policy.
Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages during campaigns and occasional messages otherwise. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid excessive messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier, device, and network. Program available to U.S. numbers only unless we state otherwise.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including mobile numbers for this Program.
We may modify or discontinue the Program or these SMS Terms. We will post updates and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued marketing texts after notice may require renewed consent where law requires.
